Waste Heat Boiler (WHB) is a kind of boiler to produce hot water or steam by means of
recovery of heat energy containing in the high temperature exhaust
flue gas or liquid generated from the industrial process.

for catalytic cracking unit in oil refinery industries for more

◇ This type of waste heat boiler is specially designed for the
catalytic cracking unit with
desulfurization and denitrification device to match the requirement
environmental protection regulation, which greatly reduces the
emissions of NOx, SOx
and the catalyst dust.
◇ Various types of waste heat boiler are developed based on the
research and study on
such key technologies and structures as positive pressure
incineration of regenerated
flue gas containing CO, pressure sustained by the boiler body,
arrangement of module
for ammonia spraying denitrification.
◇ The ANSYS software is applied to analysis the stress, calculate
the strength and
deformation so as to design a proper seal structure and ensure the
pressure at flue
gas side to be over 12Kpa and a long service life.
